Working with the 7 chakras: Root (the root of security), Sacral (the seed of creation), Solar Plexus (the will to power), Heart (the embodiment of love), Throat (the clear waters of communication), Third-Eye (the all-seeing intuition), Crown (the great white light) I'll identify which chakras need your attention. Using Reiki, essential oils, binaural beats music and chakra crystals during your session we'll work to realign and release energy that no longer serves you.

Inner Child Healing

Shadow work. Your shadow holds all of your fears, mistakes, anxieties and darkest thoughts. This energy is heavy, release that which no longer serves you and transform it into light. We are all made of dark and light but by recognizing and accepting your dark self and utilizing it with all it's painful gifts we learn to shine brighter than ever before to create a life we only dreamed about.

Cord Cutting

I take back my power by cutting energy cords that have formed between myself and any person, situation or thing that no longer serves me. Releasing these cords helps me to move forward in my life without letting anyone, anything or the past bring me down.
